TortillaTek® Eco-friendly Ready-To-Use (RTU) graphite based oven chain lubricant was developed specifically to lubricate and eliminate squeaky and noisy chains on tortilla, wraps, flat-bread & chapatti oven slat belt chains by inhibiting friction reducing maintenance time and replacement costs while providing protection that leaves a dry film without producing smoke when applied 

INSTRUCTIONS:  SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING

1. Clean your slat belt chains daily using a soft cloth/brush before turning on oven burners
2. Apply TortillaTek® Eco-friendly (RTU) graphite chain lubricant using a standard 1½ or 2” paint brush
3. To prevent TortillaTek® graphite lubricant from smoking, apply when oven is between 50 & 200°F (98°C)
4. The time between re-applying graphite applications varies on oven size, speed, temperature, etc from 8 to 20 hours of production or as needed to eliminate squeaky slat belt chains

Nuestro Grafito Ecológico Listo-Para-Usar (LPU) TortillaTek® fue desarrollado especialmente para lubricar las cadenas de los comales en las máquinas tortilladoras que requieran la lubricación a altas temperaturas, va formando una capa delgada de Grafito en cada aplicación de manera que luego de varias aplicaciones se va alargando la frecuencia de las aplicaciones. Se debe aplicar este Grafito en las bisagras, engranes y a las cadenas con una brocha común sin quemarse las manos y sin ningún peligro. Se recomienda una lubricación cada 9 horas de trabajo real en promedio
