        PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TortillaTek Ready-To-Use graphite-based chain lubricant is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, heat resistance, non-irritating, odorless and easy to apply water-based graphite chain lubricant developed specifically for the tortilla and bakery industry manufacturers to use as a preventive maintenance lubrication, eliminating squeaky and noisy oven slat belt chains by resisting friction, without producing smoke when applied and improving operating efficiency

                                                                         USER INSTRUCTIONS 

• Our Graphite based Read-To-Use chain lubricant is quick, convenient and easy to apply, shake vigorously, open, and pour some liquid graphite into a common plastic 64/32 oz. open top container. Container size depends on the size of your oven. Apply the liquid graphite lubricant on your oven slat belt chains, hinges and gears using a common paint brush about the same width as your slat belt chains. Use an oiler to reach the less accessible parts when the oven is turned off

• To prevent graphite from smoking, DO NOT apply when oven is hot or cold. For best results, apply when oven temperature is between 50°F & 200°F (10°C to 98°C) turn oven burners on and begin applying, after about 3 to 4 minutes, turn burners off, keep oven slate belts moving until finished applying the liquid graphite. Turn oven burners on when finished
• Additional applications will depend on oven size, temperature, production hours etc. It will vary from 8 hours, daily, weekly or as needed                                                                                                                                                                     Graphite Benefits

Nuestro Grafito ecológico Listo-Para-Usar fue desarrollado especialmente para lubricar las cadenas de los comales en las máquinas tortilladoras que requieran la lubricación a altas temperaturas, va formando una capa delgada de grafito en cada aplicación de manera que luego de varias aplicaciones se va alargando la frecuencia de las aplicaciones. Se debe aplicar este grafito en las bisagras, engranes y a las cadenas con una brocha común sin quemarse las manos y sin ningún peligro. Se recomienda una lubricación cada 9 horas de trabajo real en promedio
