Line Description
The Arr-Tech Genesis, model G54-60PC counter stacker can receive product arranged in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 rows at up to 180 per lane per minute. This unit will receive, count, stack and release package counts ranging from 6 to 60 per stack, depending on product thickness. This unit is designed to handle pita and pizza crusts from 5” to 16” in size. The counter stacker, the product laning conveyor, and the spreader conveyor are under computer control. A direct logic microprocessor controller handles all counting, row selection, timing, and ejection of tortillas. Photo electric sensors are used as input devices to the computer. They are modulated transmitter/receiver detector units, which cannot be falsely triggered by any type of plant lighting, including sunlight. The computer internal functions are set using the user Interface mounted on the counter Stacker. This interface enables tortilla size selection, count selection, and timer adjustments
